What can I do if my order does not fit?
Once your order arrives, if you are not happy with your orders fit within the first week you are able to swap it for a different size of the same item. Please note that this will only be possible if the tags are still on the item. I will also need to check that the order is in the same condition as it was when you received it. Once I have checked then I will reorder the new size for you.

What sizes do the items come in?
Football 22/23 Jerseys: Small → 5XL
Retro Football Jerseys: Small → 2XL
Streetwear Items: Small → 2XL
Kids Items - 2-3 years → 12-13 years
Baby Items - 6-8kg & 9-13kg
F1 Items - Small → 3XL
NBA Items - Small → 2XL

How long does an order take to arrive?
An order usually arrives about 3 weeks after the payment has been made. The supplier takes about 1 week to prepare the order. It then needs to be shipped out to South Africa since I import the products. The shipping process usually takes about 2 weeks. Every once in a while customs check the package which adds on more or less another week. So to be safe I tell customers that once an order is placed it will arrived in about 3-4 weeks time.

What’s the difference between the normal versions and the player versions of the football jerseys?
The normal versions are also known as the fan versions. This is the normal jersey that you will see at the local sport shops at a mall. It is the one that is generally sold to the public. The actual players play with a jersey that is slightly different to the fan version. It’s a slightly different material and cut. This is not sold really to the public other than sometimes at the actual football teams stadiums shop.

Do you deliver everywhere in South Africa?
Yes we ship nationwide. I am based in Cape Town so there is an option of collection. If you are in Cape Town and need it delivered the delivery cost will be calculated based on how far away you are from me. If you are outside of Cape Town it’s a standard rate of R100 to courier anywhere in the country.

Are you able to get things which are not on the website?
Yes, there are 100s of items that I’m able to get but for whatever reason unable to add to the website. If you see something when watching a sport that you like feel free to send me a picture of it and I will let you know if I’m able to get it or not.

How would you recommend washing the clothing?
It is safe to put it in the washing machine or you can hand wash it if you’d like. The most important thing however with both of them is that you do it in cold water. Hot water will completely ruin the clothing especially in the long term. It’s also crucial not to iron it after it comes out the wash. Rather let it dry and then just hang it on a hanger in your cupboard and it should straighten out shortly.

What is the ordering procedure?
Send us a message on Instagram or WhatsApp when you ready to place your order. I will then need your name, surname and cellphone number so I can send you an invoice. Half the amount needs to be paid when placing the order and the other half can be paid when it arrives. Once the payment is made your order will be placed and it should arrive in about 3 weeks time. Once it arrives I will contact you and we can sort out either collection, delivery or courier.

Do you keep any stock on hand?
Yes I do have some stock with me. It’s very limited in terms of the item and size so if you looking for something specific it’s more than likely that you will need to order it. But if you looking for something broad or just interested in something I have in your size do let me know and I will send you what I have. You do also occasionally get a good deal on the on hand stock.
